The Dip That Steals the Show

This buffalo chicken dip is creamy, spicy, and loaded with tender shredded chicken and melted cheese. It takes 10 minutes to prep and bakes until bubbly and irresistible. Serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crusty bread — it will be gone before you know it.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie works perfectly)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup Frank”s RedHot or your favorite buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add chicken and cheese: Fold in shredded chicken and ¾ cup cheddar.
  4. Bake: Spread into a baking dish. Top with remaining cheddar and mozzarella. Bake 20–25 minutes until hot, bubbly, and golden on top.
  5. Serve hot garnished with green onions and with tortilla chips, celery, and carrot sticks.

Make Ahead

Assemble up to 24 hours ahead and refrigerate. Bake when ready to serve, adding 5 extra minutes to the bake time.
